The Clinical Nurse Coordinator serves as a patient advocate, coordinates patient care, identifies and communicates treatment options and services throughout the health system and interdisciplinary team. The position is responsible for breast care educational instructions and resources in the center as well as performing community outreach activities. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have expertise in breast disease, breast cancer treatment and be able to communicate openly and empathetically. The clinical nurse coordinator must posses the skills to be an educator, advocate, facilitator and leader. Resurrection Center for Breast Care is located in River Forest,
Illinois about 12 miles west of downtown Chicago.
