Medical Organization or Medical Facility Membership This facility provides direct patient care - i.e., breast centers, hospitals, radiology departments, medical centers, etc. Membership is for the facility and one individual.		Government/Military Facility or Individual This government or military facility provides direct patient care - i.e., breast centers, hospitals, radiology departments, medical centers, etc. Membership is for the facility and one individual.
Individual Associate Membership Provides direct patient care and is an employee of a medical facility that is already a member.  Membership is for the individual.		Government/Military Associate Membership Provides direct patient care and is an employee of a government or military facility that is already a member. Membership is for the individual.
Independent Professional Membership Provides direct patient care - i.e., medical professional in private practice. membership is for the individual.		Non-Profit Organization Membership Non-profit organizations that are involved in breast health activities.
Independent Business Providers of services to breast professionals or facilities - i.e., consultants and professionals. membership is for the business and one individual.		Corporate Providers of services to breast professionals or facilities - i.e., medical manufacturers, suppliers & pharmaceuticals. Membership is for the business and one individual.
