The attendee will identify and describe common workplace
ergonomics hazards.
2. Demonstrate proper ergonomic techniques
The attendee will learn and be able to demonstrate correct body
mechanics to prevent workplace injuries.
3. Evaluate and adjust workplace environment
The attendee will be able to analyze their work space environment
and recommend or implement ergonomic improvements.
