The Manager of Patient Care will lead a large multidisciplinary Breast Center.  Total number of direct reports is about 27, including a Business Clinical Coordinator, Office Supervisor, Charge Nurses, RNs, LPNs and MAs. We believe in a multidisciplinary team approach, and are dedicated to providing high quality care to our patients with attention to clinical expertise, evidence-based practice, patient safety, and positive outcomes. The Manager will also collaborate with a manager of radiology at the same location to ensure a collaborative, continuum of care for our patients.  This continuum begins at screening and goes through all treatments for an oncology diagnosis including reconstruction and survivorship services.

Position Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse required with minimum Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN). If nursing degree is at Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) level, then masters can be non-nursing degree with 5 years relevant experience.
  • Prefer OCN and NAPBC Certification and COC Accreditation Experience

Our Breast Center is Nationally Accredited and is a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence.  Services include, treatment for benign breast disease, Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Plastics/Reconstruction, Genetics and Survivorship Clinics and Patient Oncology.
